About Luttrellstown Castle Golf and Country Club
Luttrellstown Castle Golf Club offers an exceptional golfing experience, not only because our unique historic setting has been preserved and protected for generations but because we are also on the doorstep of Dublin’s city centre.
The Golf Course was opened originally in 1993 and was totally redesigned by Tom MacKenzie of Donald Steel and Company in 2005-2006.
The Country Club experience commences with the magnificently designed club house in natural Scandinavian timbers. Spacious locker rooms, a well stocked pro-shop and informal spike bar ensure your 18 holes gets off to a perfect start.
Luttrellstown is a classic parkland course with a unique twist that features links style riveted bunkers and gentle undulating greens. With eight hectares of natural lakes and bounded by mature woodland, the course offers panoramic views across the river Liffey and towards the 15th century Luttrellstown Castle. Our state-of-the-art Golf Academy is the focal point of practice facilities which include a driving range, short game area, and a three hole short course designed to sharpen the wedge game.
Complementing the course is the beautiful alpine lodge-style Clubhouse which has a full range of member and guest facilities.
We sincerely hope you enjoy your golfing experience at Luttrellstown and we all look forward to welcoming you back many times in the future.

According to Frommer’s, Spring and Fall (Autumn) are the best times to visit Ireland but each of the seasons has its own charm, whether you’re looking to get the best of the weather or whether you want to make the most of a great round of golf.
